A high Oxalate Snack?
Bethenny, let's talk about what's actually in this snack. Potato chips. Everything bagel seasoning (yes, it's high oxalate). Then black pepper on top. Also high oxalate. You can pile these on without even realizing it and suddenly you have a snack that is quietly eroding your kidney health one bite at a time. And Bethenny, you have stage 3 chronic kidney disease.
