I never planned to become a health creator. I started posting during the pandemic because MrBeast inspired me to use social media to give back and bring people joy. My craft videos barely received any views but then one “What I Eat in a Day” video changed everything. What began as a desire to make people happier eventually became a mission to help people feel healthier, stronger, and more hopeful. I believe God calls each of us to be a light.
