Energy dinks are CRUSHING your tooth enamel.

There's an ingredient eroding your teeth and it's printed right on the can. I grabbed a Celsius at the drugstore and flipped it over. Right there- citric acid. What it does to your mouth: 1) It lowers the drink's pH to 2.8-3.2 (very acidic) 2) Starts eroding enamel once pH falls below 5.5 3) Chelates calcium, pulling minerals out of your teeth even faster Your teeth need those minerals. Once enamel wears away, it doesn't come back. Eating food for humans, fruit, a scoop of honey, try to replace one thing at a time. Sustained change is a habit.
