I sat down to film some reels and started checking out 😅 Dissociation can happen when we are dysregulated AKA when our nervous systems get stuck in freeze/fawn as a default state. Occasional moments of dissociation are normal. But if you notice you are doing it frequently, it is time to do a nervous system health check 👍
