Nutritonal Science is an Objective Fact, Right?

We are all products of our culture. Including the scientists who decided that all leafy greens are good for you. Despite evidence going back to 1939 showing that spinach causes calcium loss, renders unavailable 41% of the calcium in your diet, and led to reproductive failure and death in animal studies, the Council on Foods of the American Medical Association gave spinach an unqualified endorsement in JAMA in 1937. "Should continue to be regarded as a wholesome food." No caveat. No mention of oxalate. That decision was cultural. Not scientific. And we have been living inside that culture ever since. Scientists repeating each other's conclusions. Doctors trained inside the same echo chamber. Journal editors approving papers that confirm what everyone already believes. All greens are good
